The old servers were on the same subnet as the new servers. There are dozens of printers on the same subnet as this printer and none of them have this problem. Yes, the servers are on a different subnet but all our printers (over 100) are on different subnets from the servers and none of the other printers have this issue. Are only certain ports allowed (ICMP may be allowed thus the pings working)? Are only certain IP's allowed to communicate between the subnets (maybe the old server IP's were allowed but the new server has an IP that is not)? Does the printer have the correct gateway configured that has the needed routes?
